Who handles your data

The LaunchSite service is operated by Vooju Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200311796E), which is the organisation responsible for personal data collected through launchsite.sg, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, or a form): your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your project: used only to respond and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
• Basic site analytics: standard, aggregated usage data to understand how the site is used. (Specify the analytics provider and cookie behaviour before publication.)

How we use and protect it

We use your information to reply within our stated response time, prepare quotes, and deliver projects. We do not sell personal data. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent to further contact. Write to hello@launchsite.sg and we’ll action it within a reasonable period.
